• You are the coordinator/monitor to follow up the ticket management system.
• You decide whether the rule of bugs in the ticket is applying to the ticket.
• You monitor the amount of time spent on a ticket.
• You are managing the change requests.
• You are responsible for the handover of a implementation project from the implementation team to the customer support.
• You organize periodic support management meetings with customers to follow up the outstanding tickets.
• You schedule, organize and monitor the periodic updates/releases.
