Project Manager

• Support an experienced project manager on development and implementation projects
• Gain experience in interactive contact between clients and internal teams
• Gradually become the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to understand customer business processes, system requirements and objectives
• Organize delivery of strategic solutions, system and process improvements through an Agile, iterative process
• Lead activities including workflow assessment, workflow optimization, rollout planning, training plan development and change management
• Coordinate internal end-user teams for Data Migration, validation, training, and successful implementation
• Plan and organize independently to ensure project timelines and milestones are met using project management tools
• Represent BESTMIX Software and its products to a global customer base
• Join international projects and contribute to ERP and software implementation success
