About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the coordinator/monitor to follow up the ticket management system.
- You decide whether the rule of bugs in the ticket is applying to the ticket.
- You monitor the amount of time spent on a ticket.
- You are managing the change requests.
- You are responsible for the handover of a implementation project from the implementation team to the customer support.
- You organize periodic support management meetings with customers to follow up the outstanding tickets.
- You schedule, organize and monitor the periodic updates/releases.
- You are part of an international and dynamic team which you support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are communicative and customer-oriented, both in an internal and international context.
- You prioritize by active listening, conferring, and analysing.
- You are accurate, immune to stress and you take initiative to reach results.
- You are computer-minded and absorb newly acquired knowledge fast.
- You are the key in managing and follow up of tickets and organizing updates of the BESTMIX products with the aim of high customer satisfaction.
- You have knowledge and/or experience with ERP software.
- You speak and write Dutch and English. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
- You have minimum a bachelor’s degree.
