• Join a driven team of sales professionals and manage day-to-day sales operations
• Drive a strong sales culture and ensure the sales team delivers new business through contingencies, retail sales, and contracts
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Lead training for sales reps on roofing, siding, gutter offerings, and compliance with company policies
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and ride-alongs with reps
• Document findings and coach improvement
• Monitor daily sales activity and investigate discrepancies
• Collaborate with leadership to create and manage annual sales plans

Sales Manager – Weather Damage Division

• Generate leads by engaging with your local community.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Conduct weather damage inspections (drones can be used if the roof is too steep).
• Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions.
