Key responsibilities & impact

Join a driven team of sales professionals and manage day-to-day sales operations
Drive a strong sales culture and ensure the sales team delivers new business through contingencies, retail sales, and contracts
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new sales representatives
Lead training for sales reps on roofing, siding, gutter offerings, and compliance with company policies
Conduct weekly sales meetings and ride-alongs with reps
Document findings and coach improvement
Monitor daily sales activity and investigate discrepancies
Collaborate with leadership to create and manage annual sales plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Strong knowledge of roofing sales processes, insurance claims, retail sales, and BCR STL operations
Supervisory/leadership experience with proven ability to build and manage teams
Proficiency in CRM software (JobNimbus preferred), Microsoft Office, and other sales tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and coaching skills
Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs when necessary.
Must have reliable transportation and an acceptable DMV record
Role may occasionally involve carrying materials up to 50 lbs
