• Own all campaigns QA and operations: Lead the end-to-end QA process for our email and SMS campaigns (automated flows and one-time sends), ensuring flawless execution, timely deployment, and adherence to brand and technical standards.
• Support campaign briefing and production to drive personalization: Help shape campaign briefs, coordinate with creative and copy teams, and manage workflows to bring campaigns to life with clear timelines and expectations
• Contribute to retention and engagement efforts: Execute omni-channel lifecycle journeys to boost retention, focusing on optimizing experiences across touchpoints like cross-sell, churn prevention, winback and loyalty
• Drive data-informed execution: Support the pull and interpretation of performance metrics to inform testing, segmentation, and journey enhancements. You’ll help translate insights into operational improvements.
• Execute on the promotional and editorial calendar: Maintain alignment on key moments, working closely with content, retention, and merchandising teams to deliver personalized, high-performing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent website updates reflecting the marketing calendar such as: promotional banners, landing pages, and messaging to align with the retention marketing calendar and ensure timely, relevant customer experiences.
• Support the Growth team’s day-to-day execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, including ad building, creative testing, budget allocation, and A/B testing across all dimensions (creatives, landing pages, etc.)
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and operational tasks that help the marketing team scale more efficiently.

Retention Marketing Associate

• Own paid growth. Plan and manage a multi-million-dollar performance budget across Meta, Google/YouTube, and other channels. Continuously refine creative, audiences, bidding, and funnel strategy to hit ROAS and payback targets.
• Lead attribution & incrementality. Make decisions grounded in data using MMM/modeled attribution and experiment design (geo tests, holdouts, post-purchase surveys). Translate signal into action; educate stakeholders on true channel value.
• Build non-paid engines. Drive organic growth via lifecycle, referral/loyalty, SEO, and content/UGC. Think beyond media buying to unlock step-change growth.
• Write GTM briefs. In partnership with Product Development, author crisp go-to-market plans for new launches (positioning, creative angles, landing pages, channel plans, and success metrics).
• Lead Amazon channel strategy. Manage our Amazon agency to goals (revenue, contribution margin, reviews/ratings, catalog health) and evolve Amazon’s role in the broader channel mix.
• Handle the “grab bag” of growth opportunities. Jump on asymmetric upsides and one-offs — e.g., corporate gifting platforms, Shopify Collective relationships, retail pop-ups, and other business development moments.
• Report, forecast, and align. Own the Halfday growth dashboard, forecasting, and weekly readouts. Communicate performance, insights, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership.
• Partner with retention team on customer journey and lifecycle management. Set strategy, calendars, segmentation, creative briefs, and testing for email/SMS to drive first-to-second purchase, repeat rate, and LTV.
• Partner with Digital Product on CRO & AOV. Prioritize experiments (checkout, PDPs, bundles/upsells, pricing and offers, UX friction), align on measurement, and drive a high-velocity testing roadmap.
• Collaborate on social & influencers. Partner with the social team to align organic content and creators with growth objectives; build programs that generate both revenue and brand equity.
• Amplify PR & partnerships. Work with the Director of PR & Partnerships to secure coverage and collaborations that translate to measurable traffic and sales.

Growth Marketing Manager

• Support the day-to-day execution of brand partnerships, PR initiatives, and other external-facing brand moments
• Drive collaboration workflows — manage timelines, creative assets, samples, and logistics in coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Act as a cross-functional liaison with creative, buying, and operations teams to keep partnership deliverables aligned and on schedule
• Interface with our PR agency to supply data, product, and insights that support ongoing media outreach
• Collaborate with our PR agency to support planning and execution of key brand moments and press-facing events
• Represent the brand at key industry trade shows, overseeing logistics, attending on behalf of the team, and leading post-show follow-up
• Own onboarding processes for new brand collaborations — including vendor setup, television segment prep, and other partnership integrations
• Act as a key point of contact for agency and brand partner communications, ensuring smooth coordination across all parties
• Stay agile and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment; role has room to grow and evolve
• Report directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Commercial Development and work out of the NYC office at least 3 days per week
