• Translate creative direction into production-ready paid social, email, site, packaging, direct mail, catalogs, mailers, and inserts
• Apply print production expertise across paper stocks, color reproduction, die lines, and pre-press requirements
• Develop typography, imagery, color, layout, and composition across print and digital mediums
• Shape concepts into decks using mood boards, references, and campaign directions
• Use AI tools for ideation, variations, and production efficiency
• Own QA and revisions, ensuring detail and consistency across mediums
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and production teams
• Maintain and reinforce design systems and graphic standards across print and digital touchpoints
• Contribute creative perspective, experiment, and push ideas beyond the brief
