About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate creative direction into production-ready paid social, email, site, packaging, direct mail, catalogs, mailers, and inserts
- Apply print production expertise across paper stocks, color reproduction, die lines, and pre-press requirements
- Develop typography, imagery, color, layout, and composition across print and digital mediums
- Shape concepts into decks using mood boards, references, and campaign directions
- Use AI tools for ideation, variations, and production efficiency
- Own QA and revisions, ensuring detail and consistency across mediums
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, and production teams
- Maintain and reinforce design systems and graphic standards across print and digital touchpoints
- Contribute creative perspective, experiment, and push ideas beyond the brief
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of professional design experience, ideally in ecommerce or DTC
- Portfolio demonstrating both print and digital work
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Figma fluency increasingly expected outside pure UI roles
- Print production skills: file preparation, CMYK/Pantone color reproduction, paper-stock awareness, and pre-press basics
- Digital design experience with email, social, web banners, paid ads, and responsive/resizing across formats
- Working fluency with AI tools for image generation, ideation, and production speed-ups
- Klaviyo or similar ESP design experience is a plus
- Solid grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Ability to build and maintain brand consistency across multiple channels and ideally multiple brands/sub-brands
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
- Detail-oriented approach to catching inconsistencies
- Comfort building decks and presentations to communicate concepts to stakeholders
