About the role
- Source, evaluate and manage contractors and vendors to build high-quality datasets
- Procure and curate datasets to enable rich and realistic RL environments
- Partner closely with Research Engineers and Project Leads to translate evolving project goals into clear execution plans
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing distributed contractor networks and external vendors
- Experience designing and scaling data pipelines, workflows, and data QA systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-evolving and research-driven environments
- Strong cross-functional communication and organizational execution skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward building systems and exceptional execution
