About the role

  • Provide organizational development services to clients as they transform their organization to align with their business strategy and undergo transformation.
  • As a trusted advisor, you will provide leadership and guidance for clients and internal project teams in the following areas:
  • Facilitation of group discussions that build consensus and a shared vision that includes a plan with supporting documentation.
  • Create, perform, and complete organizational analyses using effectiveness analytics and diagnostic tools.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs and learning application initiatives.
  • Facilitate change management strategies that engage stakeholders.
  • Design, deliver, and coach Talent Development strategies and materials for workforce skills, teams, leaders, and executives.
  • Job family modeling.
  • Career pathing and career mobility.
  • Assess workplace culture and work with the client to create, implement, monitor, and measure action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, etc.)
  • Master’s Degree, preferably in Organization Development, Business/Public Administration, or Human Resources Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience preparing, facilitating, and implementing a development approach to prepare an organization for process changes and system implementations
  • A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning practices, succession planning, high potential and leadership development, organization design, employee engagement, and organizational culture development
  • Experience strategically assessing an organization through multi-pronged analysis, solution design and execution
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), operational readiness training, and communications
