About the role

  • Use of technological solutions - Ensure that the schools served adopt and use educational platforms and tools, promoting their integration into daily teaching practices.
  • Personalized and effective training - Deliver training sessions tailored to each school's needs, ensuring at least the targeted level of active participation and achieving a satisfaction rate above the target in feedback.
  • Prompt resolution of requests - Resolve technical requests within the established SLA, maintaining an active and accessible channel for ongoing support.
  • Develop strategic plans - Create and implement action plans specific to each school based on prior diagnostics and aligned with technological priorities.
  • Monitoring and impact analysis - Produce quarterly reports demonstrating improvements in the usability of the tools.
  • Continuous improvement and proactivity - Identify opportunities for technological improvements and innovations, implementing customized solutions to optimize results in the schools served.
  • Relationship building and retention - Establish trust-based relationships with schools, ensuring active engagement and achieving satisfaction metrics above target in service interactions.
  • Alignment with organizational strategies - Actively participate in meetings and internal planning to ensure actions and deliverables align with organizational objectives and contribute to overall results.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Educational Technology Tools: Experienced in using and configuring school management platforms, virtual learning environments (VLEs) / Learning Management Systems (LMS), and educational technical support tools.
  • User Training and Development: Skilled at delivering in-person and online training focused on education technology for different audiences (school leaders, teachers, and technical teams).
  • Educational Data Analysis: Ability to interpret metrics and reports from technology tools to guide strategy and decision-making within schools.
  • Technical Support: Knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues related to educational platforms.
  • Interpersonal Communication: Clear and assertive verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse client profiles and stakeholders.
  • Adaptation to Technological Innovations: Commitment to continuously update knowledge of new trends and tools in the educational technology market.
  • Planning and Organization: Ability to create service schedules and tailor support strategies according to the specific demands of each engagement.
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) and availability for frequent travel.
