About the role
- Provide consultancy to partner schools in your portfolio, addressing the requests they bring (meetings with parents and students, training and professional development for teachers, training and development for management teams, etc.) and offering solutions to those institutions' problems based on your expertise and your assessment of the situation (meetings, workshops, training sessions, commercial scenario analysis, actions to improve results, etc.), with the goal of client retention and potential partnership expansion.
- Stay continuously updated on the educational landscape, the world of work, and technologies through research and study to improve the quality of service provided to partners.
- Appointment management (calendar) - Ensure remote and/or in-person support for clients in your portfolio by managing your calendar, aiming to follow a pre-established action and service plan while accommodating unforeseen events.
- OPEN POSITIONS IN BELO HORIZONTE, GOIÂNIA, AND SÃO PAULO (CITY).
Requirements
- Specific knowledge: current education legislation; New High School (Novo Ensino Médio); BNCC (National Common Curricular Base); ENEM; products offered by the Education System.
- Required: Bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree or MBA. Master's degree desirable.
- Valid Category B driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
