About the role
- Initiate and manage return requests
- Support the pedagogical support team with creation, dispatch, tracking and delivery of requests for analysis
- Handle operational routines including receipt, verification, approval, dispatch and tracking of orders
- Provide support via phone, email and digital platform to internal customers
- Monitor updates to contracts, terms and supply requests
- Create and update client-specific control spreadsheets
- Assist analysts with the registration of new products
- Monitor orders placed on the e-commerce platform and contact buyers directly
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with TOTVS RM is desirable
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service roles
