About the role

  • Mapping and optimization of logistics and administrative processes: Map, review and optimize logistics and administrative processes, propose structural improvements, eliminate bottlenecks and implement digital automations.
  • Development of technological and digital solutions: Develop technological solutions (low-code, RPA, BI, AI) in partnership with business areas, ensuring greater agility, information reliability and operational standardization.
  • Management and analysis of performance indicators (KPIs): Structure, monitor and analyze strategic operational KPIs, ensuring performance management and supporting decision-making.
  • Leadership in continuous improvement and logistics innovation projects: Lead continuous improvement and innovation projects, promoting a culture of operational excellence in logistics.
  • Strategic support to leadership and result analysis: Support leadership in critical analysis of results, preparation of reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, IT or related fields;
  • Previous experience in quality control, logistics operations or operational excellence;
  • Analytical ability to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities;
  • Clear communication skills to present results and propose solutions;
  • Experience developing low-code solutions (e.g., Power Apps, OutSystems, Mendix or similar);
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to processes (e.g., data automation, predictive models, chatbots);
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts);
  • Power BI or another data visualization tool;
  • ERP systems (such as Protheus, RM or similar);
  • Process and quality management tools (such as BPM, Lean, 5S, Kaizen);
  • Low-code platforms for developing digital solutions;
  • Basic knowledge of AI applied to operational processes.
