About the role
- Data Management and Analysis: Ensure the integrity of data collection and processing
- AI-driven Optimization: Implement and refine the use of generative AI
- Automation Maintenance: Develop and maintain automated workflows
- Process Standardization: Document playbooks and ensure processes are followed
- Technical Operational Support: Act as a technical support contact for the Customer Success Managers team
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields
- Technical proficiency: Experience with no-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar)
- Data Analysis: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
- Generative AI: Ability to structure prompts and implement AI-based solutions
- Systems: Knowledge of CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, or similar)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Previous experience in Customer Success operations or SaaS
- Experience with agile methodologies and process documentation
