About the role

  • Data Management and Analysis: Ensure the integrity of data collection and processing
  • AI-driven Optimization: Implement and refine the use of generative AI

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree completed or near completion in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with no-code automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar)
  • Data Analysis: Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Power BI)
  • Generative AI: Ability to structure prompts and implement AI-based solutions
  • Systems: Knowledge of CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, RD Station, or similar)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Previous experience in Customer Success operations or SaaS
  • Experience with agile methodologies and process documentation
