About the role
- Review energy usage and strategies to implement best practices for the client account.
- Work with the owner's staff on the O&M and energy usage of various facilities.
- Work with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors and chief engineer.
- Attend the ongoing training of the Facility Operators.
- Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual.
- Assist the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team.
- Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team.
- Review energy usage on a daily basis for the facility and provide guidance on best practices and modifications of current operations.
- Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team.
Requirements
- Wiliness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Travel Requirements 5-10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.
