About the role
- Working with the operators at the facility sites including subcontractors, chief engineer, and internal service providers to ensure the facilities operate efficiently
- Attend the on-going training of the Facility Operators
- Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual
- Assisting the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) team with the coordination of Engineering Construction Management (ECM) implementation with O&M team
- Assist with coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts with the remote support services team
- Review of energy usage on daily basis for the facility and provide guidance best practices and modifications of current operations
- Manage and direct the day-to-day work of the onsite O&M team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Wiliness to learn processes, personnel management skills, and best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
