About the role
- Collect, review, and input data into a computer processing system; audits output data.
- Identify missing information and verify and update files to include all relevant data.
- Evaluate accounts and data to identify errors and make corrections.
- Process and distribute output forms and reports.
- Develop and maintain HR Records process documentation to support operational efficiency and process standardization.
- May be involved in coding activities, calculating and checking batch totals and related clerical tasks.
- Work directly with employees on issues and questions related to employee self-service.
- Maintain wage attachment records.
- Responsible for completing employment verifications.
- Work with unemployment processing vendor to provide all required information.
- Perform work under direct supervision.
Requirements
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
- Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Technical expertise.
- Clerical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast paced environment.
- Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.
