About the role
- Provide support across all divisions focusing on a strong culture of compliance
- Review, draft, and implement the Company's HR Policies and Procedures
- Partner with operations to deliver training and evaluate compliance efforts
- Communicate HR-related legal/regulatory requirements with the legal team
- Research and analyze laws and regulations' impacts on the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of HR Compliance experience
- Overall understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with drafting HR policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs
