About the role
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess training needs and develop job-specific and career-aligned learning paths.
- Design and oversee training programs that support onboarding, operational, compliance, and leadership development.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of training content, coordinating with internal creators and external vendors.
- Manage ENFRA’s UKG LMS, including content integration, vendor partnerships, and user engagement.
- Supervise and coach a team, ensuring high-quality delivery and team development.
- Track program effectiveness and learning metrics to evaluate business impact and inform future improvements.
- Align learning programs with talent initiatives such as performance management, succession, and career development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field required or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in enterprise learning, instructional design, or talent development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or training program management role.
- Demonstrated success in managing learning platforms and vendor content solutions (e.g., LinkedIn Learning), including adoption strategies and ROI measurement.
- Proven ability to design and implement onboarding, technical/functional, and leadership training across both field and corporate populations.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, digital learning trends, and scalable content delivery.
- Skilled at applying analytics and evaluation methods to measure business impact.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-location organization is strongly preferred.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate workforce and business needs into scalable learning solutions.
- Innovative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
