About the role
- Responsible for all field labor, materials, profit, loss, project performance, and safety
- Manage all field labor, subcontractors, and vendors in collaboration with the Services business unit
- Meet or exceed all financial expectations and budgets
- Monitor cash position of business unit
- Resolve dollar disputes between estimates and actual costs
- Build and sustain customer relationships
- Manage dispatch procedures and effective communications with field staff
- Manage technician labor productivity improvements
- Promote and accountable for all aspects of Safety and Risk Management
- Assist Field Supervisor in regulating quality control on Service jobs
- Maintain inventory and tool procurement for all service vehicles
- Conduct project kick-off meetings and coordinate with Management
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in the service business
- Organized and self-motivated
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
