- Reviewing energy usage daily to provide guidance and best practices
- Managing Central Energy Plant Operation and Maintenance
- Performing ongoing training of Plant Operators
- Coordinating on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing multiple sites or in a central plant
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 4 year Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
- PE preferred or FE working towards obtaining PE
