Oversee approximately 43 locations across the West Coast (Los Angeles market) with potential expansion
Deliver high-impact customer experience initiatives and provide exceptional support through work order coordination, database management, and stakeholder communication
Own full lifecycle of repair and maintenance requests through the ticketing system: proposal review and approval, vendor dispatch, execution oversight, and invoicing
Coordinate execution of daily tasks and general upkeep of Industrious facilities and support projects outside of business-as-usual
Lead clear, proactive communication with technicians and internal stakeholders (Member Experience Managers, General Managers, Regional Directors)
Analyze work order trends, vendor performance, and cost drivers and provide regular reports to inform operational strategy
Respond swiftly to emergencies while maintaining a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and recurring issues
Validate vendor submissions, enforce administrative accuracy, and hold partners accountable to quality, safety, and brand standards
Conduct site audits and location visits to assess alignment with brand standards, document deficiencies, and drive resolution
Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and accountability for outcomes
Maintain and evolve knowledge assets (tracking tools, SOPs, checklists, department files) to drive consistency and continuous improvement
Support expansion by overseeing facilities onboarding for new locations and setting up preventative maintenance programs
Manage and track the facilities operating expense budget, monitor spend against forecast, and provide reporting to leadership
Champion a culture of excellence and accountability; coach colleagues and vendors on processes and customer-centric service delivery
Report to the Regional Senior Facilities Manager
Requirements
3 - 5 Years of work experience in facilities and business operations
Foundational understanding of or exposure to facilities
Core understanding of the trades that support maintenance, repairs and overall functionality of a facility to ensure a safe, efficient and well-maintained environment
Reliable self-starter who has the ability to work independently
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
Enjoys continuous change and improvement
Experience in ticketing management and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Experience in Google Drive/Dropbox file management
Experience in Google Sheets/Excel to promote data integrity
Must reside within easy commuting distance of Industrious locations around Los Angeles, CA
Ability to travel frequently to other regions as business needs dictate
