About the role
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of a project from inception through to closure
- Ensures that the project is delivered efficiently and effectively
- Works with the client (internal or external) to define the project scope, schedule, deliverables, risks and expectations
- Develops a proposal to document the project scope, schedule, deliverables, measures of success and associated fee
- Develops budgets for controls installation projects
- Ensures the revenue and budget estimates are entered into the ERP system
- Manages team members and sub-consultants to ensure project objectives are met
- Tracks and reports project execution against budget in terms of schedule adherence, deliverables, cost and revenue
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in Engineering, Construction, Facilities Management, or Energy
- Demonstrated experience to lead and manage a team of technical staff
- Demonstrated experience with strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors
- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
