About the role
- Establishing and implementing strategic personnel development
- Designing and executing strategic programs and projects, including topics such as New Work, Talent Management and Leadership
- Developing and implementing personnel development measures and further developing existing processes
- Advising and supporting internal change processes
- Continuously designing, systematizing and improving personnel development activities
- Initiating strategic succession planning from an HR development perspective
- Selecting and supervising apprentices, dual-study students and trainees
Requirements
- A vocational qualification or degree in HR, psychology, business administration or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in personnel/HR development
- Relevant knowledge and experience in designing and implementing modern HR development tools and using innovative learning formats
- Solid skills in project and change management as well as in training and facilitation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP experience is desirable
