About the role

  • Establishing and implementing strategic personnel development
  • Designing and executing strategic programs and projects, including topics such as New Work, Talent Management and Leadership
  • Developing and implementing personnel development measures and further developing existing processes
  • Advising and supporting internal change processes
  • Continuously designing, systematizing and improving personnel development activities
  • Initiating strategic succession planning from an HR development perspective
  • Selecting and supervising apprentices, dual-study students and trainees

Requirements

  • A vocational qualification or degree in HR, psychology, business administration or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel/HR development
  • Relevant knowledge and experience in designing and implementing modern HR development tools and using innovative learning formats
  • Solid skills in project and change management as well as in training and facilitation
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP experience is desirable
