About the role

  • Ensure proper property administration and support tendering processes as well as monitor property management contracts
  • Handle damage and insurance claims in cooperation with the responsible attorneys and insurance companies
  • Verify plausibility of master data for properties and tenants in the IT system and continuously update the DMS for the managed property portfolio
  • Implement rent increases and rent reductions and prepare and process profitability calculations
  • Execute the monthly dunning run and pre-litigation dunning procedures, manage evictions and support enforcement measures
  • Terminate rental contracts and prepare vacancy notifications and handover/transfer-of-possession notices
  • Procure replacement repair materials, furnishings and cleaning supplies
  • Prepare, issue and supervise orders for maintenance and rental-focused investments within the rental units

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in the real estate sector, or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience
  • Relevant professional experience, particularly in the management of residential properties or furnished apartments
  • Knowledge of commercial tenancy law and a good understanding of the real estate market
  • Commitment, organizational skills and decisiveness
  • Good user-level knowledge of common Office programs and SAP
  • Driver’s license class B would be an advantage
