- Assist Director of Corporate Counsel with legal research, analysis, and document review.
- Assist Director of Corporate Counsel in the preparation of memoranda, position statements, contracts and agreements, including master services, licensing, professional services, and vendor agreements.
- Special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Current law students attending an ABA-approved law school in the United States who have completed their first or second year(s)
