About the role
- Managing and monitoring the official HR inbox, responding to routine inquiries and escalating as appropriate
- Supporting HR project work focused on process improvements, policies, and documentation
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and internal resources
- Supporting leave of absence communications and related employee materials
- Assisting with compliance and legal updates, including research and documentation support
- Helping coordinate and promote employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
