About the role
- Develop real estate marketing materials, including offering memorandums, business proposals, financial documents, brochures, flyers, postcards, social media content, and more.
- Create and maintain organized design templates to streamline collateral production.
- Design graphics for various content types, including text, numerical data, maps, and infographics.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and implement revisions.
- Adhere to Berkadia’s brand standards while delivering innovative and creative designs.
- Effectively utilize design elements such as color palettes, photography, typography, and other visual components.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy through thorough review of all materials.
- Collaborate with team members and departments in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Stay informed on current industry trends and best practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Expertise in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and PowerPoint, with a visually compelling portfolio showcasing creative and technical abilities.
- Proven experience in editorial design, formatting for medium to long publications, and creating files for both print and digital distribution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
- Effective collaborator with excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in business tools like Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
