• Assist with day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting
• Support internal applications, reports, and integrations
• Write, update, and test basic SQL queries, reports, and documentation
• Assist with Epicor Prophet 21 / P21 ERP support and issue investigation
• Help develop or document automation solutions to improve business processes
• Participate in software testing and deployment validation
• Document code, reports, workflows, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions
• Work closely with the Information Technology Manager, IT team members, and business users
• Support technology requests and solutions that improve business operations
• Provide occasional support between company facilities as needed
