About the role
- You coordinate the supply chain process in Buying from ordering to delivery
- You plan, monitor and coordinate purchasing deliveries to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries and optimal product availability
- You communicate with internal stakeholders (Buying, Finance, Logistics) and external partners (suppliers, service providers)
- You identify potential improvements in the supply chain process within Buying and drive efficiency gains through their implementation
- You contribute to various projects (e.g., process automation)
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training or have solid professional experience in purchasing or process optimization
- You have hands-on and customization experience with an ERP system
- You understand complex data flows and have a strong interest in processes
- You have a quick grasp of new topics and a strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual mindset
- You possess very good Excel skills, a strong data affinity and an interest in digital topics
- You work accurately and in a structured way; your strengths are communication and teamwork
- You enjoy managing interfaces both inside the company and with external partners
- You have very good German language skills
