About the role

  • Responsibility for optimizing the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) process
  • Analyze the current (as-is) state and define the target (to-be) design
  • Design the end-to-end procurement process, integrating key interfaces
  • Responsible for master data structure and logic
  • Further development of automated workflows
  • Analyze newly established SLAs and monitor KPIs, providing actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a degree in business/commerce
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in procurement
  • Strong knowledge and experience in project management
  • Hands-on and customization experience with an ERP system
  • Understanding of complex data flows
  • Fast learner with strategic, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong affinity for digital tools, apps, web technologies and related topics
  • Experience with agile methodologies
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a team
