• Independently manage the entire B2B sales process — from acquisition, through technical consultation, to contract conclusion (national & international)
• Actively acquire new customers through technical consulting and support our existing customers in mechanical and plant engineering, semiconductor, laboratory technology & analytics, food & beverage, defence, and the chemical process industry
• Cost calculation & preparation of quotations
• Direct customer communication by telephone, e-mail, video conference or during on-site visits

Software Engineer

• Support investigations of contaminated sites (soil and groundwater)
• Perform soil mapping and investigations of building materials and ground conditions
• Conduct field and sampling work (e.g., exploratory drilling, core drilling and material sampling of structures)
• Collect groundwater, leachate and industrial wastewater samples
• Carry out field measurements/tests such as landfill gas monitoring, plate load tests and densitometer measurements
• Record field observations and, where applicable, enter data into the relevant software systems
• Maintain and service technical equipment, the workshop and vehicles

Sampling Technician, Environmental Engineering – Part-time

• Execute and manage projects primarily in the areas of building fabric/site surveys, demolition planning, disposal/recovery, site recycling, and technical construction management

• Software development as a Full Stack Developer (GUI and interface development, database programming, alignment of software architecture, adherence to coding standards)
• Developing solution options to implement customer requirements and resolve issues
• Designing and implementing manual and automated tests
• Point of contact for customers on technical and domain-specific matters

• Independently perform incoming and outgoing goods inspections as well as in-process production tests
• Implement quality-assuring measures in manufacturing processes
• Create and update test documents/specifications and test certificates
• Process customer and supplier complaints
• Prepare 8D reports; initiate necessary corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
• Manage retained samples and quarantine stock
• Provide and document samples for customer inquiries
• Conduct initial sample inspections (EMPB and PPAP)
• Determine, analyze and document key performance indicators
• Contribute to process improvements (continuous improvement/Kaizen)

Quality Assurance Specialist – Plastics Technology
