• Perform all procurement-related tasks to acquire the materials required for our production and internal needs
• Monitor supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead times) and resolve performance issues
• Handle complaints, returns and outsourced manufacturing

• Continuously prepare and maintain master data in our inventory/ERP system

Sales

• Independently manage the entire B2B sales process — from acquisition and technical consultation to contract conclusion (national & international)
• Actively win new customers through technical consultation and support of our existing customers in machinery and plant engineering, semiconductor, laboratory technology & analytics, food & beverage, defence, and the chemical process industry
• Pricing and preparation of quotations
• Direct customer communication by phone, email, video conference or during on-site meetings
• Independently maintain prospect and customer master data in the CRM (Salesforce) and support customer order management in the ERP (SAP)
• Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns for selected target markets and buying personas in collaboration with the Marketing department
• Manage projects independently and perform sales controlling; regular reporting to Sales Management
• Participate in the organization and execution of trade shows, events & customer training domestically and abroad
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Quality Management and Production

International Sales Manager – Polymer Technology, drawing-based components, Mechanical Engineering, High‑Tech Industries

• Independently manage the entire B2B sales process — from acquisition, through technical consultation, to contract conclusion (national & international)
• Actively acquire new customers through technical consulting and support our existing customers in mechanical and plant engineering, semiconductor, laboratory technology & analytics, food & beverage, defence, and the chemical process industry
• Cost calculation & preparation of quotations

Software Engineer

• Support investigations of contaminated sites (soil and groundwater)
• Perform soil mapping and investigations of building materials and ground conditions
• Conduct field and sampling work (e.g., exploratory drilling, core drilling and material sampling of structures)
• Collect groundwater, leachate and industrial wastewater samples
• Carry out field measurements/tests such as landfill gas monitoring, plate load tests and densitometer measurements
• Record field observations and, where applicable, enter data into the relevant software systems
• Maintain and service technical equipment, the workshop and vehicles

Sampling Technician, Environmental Engineering – Part-time

• Execute and manage projects primarily in the areas of building fabric/site surveys, demolition planning, disposal/recovery, site recycling, and technical construction management
• Design and plan required work packages and implement them independently while adhering to defined costs, processes, and schedules
• Coordinate and control individual project activities
• Prepare expert reports and documentation
• Serve as the primary contact for all technical, scheduling, and logistical matters

• Management and expansion of our customer base
• Acquisition of new customers within your sales territory
