About the role

  • Help shape unforgettable travel experiences with us
  • Negotiate independently with international partners such as hotels, agencies and transport providers
  • Develop new long‑haul travel offers — from the initial concept to a market‑ready, bookable product
  • Set prices, analyze margins and ensure the commercial viability of your products
  • Take responsibility for the quality and performance of your trips — before, during and after launch
  • Monitor markets, trends and competitors and identify new opportunities in your target destinations
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to successfully position your products in the market

Requirements

  • Completed qualification in tourism (degree or vocational training)
  • Initial experience in procurement or product management within the travel industry
  • A good sense for travel trends, customer needs and market developments
  • Strong negotiation skills and enjoyment of international communication
  • Comfort with numbers and a solid understanding of pricing and margin management
  • Business‑fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel to your target destinations
