About the role

  • Independently design and implement the sales strategy for your region with significant autonomy
  • Build constructive relationships with all relevant decision-makers in both the retail and HoReCa sectors
  • Identify relevant customer segments and fully exploit market potential with new and existing customers
  • Manage your assigned grocery retail (LEH) and HoReCa accounts and ensure sales targets are met, including responsibility for pricing, trade promotion funds (WKZs) and contribution margins
  • Coordinate relevant internal sales processes and collaborate with our technical departments and internal sales/support teams
  • Analyze market and competitor data to derive concrete action plans

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Several years of sales experience within the HoReCa and/or grocery retail (e.g., catering supplies, coffee industry, or non-food sector)
  • Initial experience in Key Account Management
  • Knowledge of the German retail landscape and a good network in the retail and/or HoReCa sectors
  • High self-motivation to pursue new sales channels
  • Willingness to travel is a matter of course
