• Responsible for the effectiveness of the field organization in the region to achieve the defined KPIs for the Vivaris and Berentzen domestic brands.
• Direct leadership of a team of approximately 8 Area Sales Managers.
• Responsible for establishing the processes and structures of the field team in collaboration with the National Field Manager.
• Potential-oriented deployment of resources at the POS to meet field-specific KPIs.
• Coaching and development of the entire team.
• Support the National Field Manager in managing the overall sales force.
• Management of smaller key accounts and multi-site operators (MBU).
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other sales areas and across the company.
• Conduct competitor monitoring and analyze sales and potential development within the sales territory.
• Participation in trade shows as required.
