About the role

  • Responsible for the effectiveness of the field organization in the region to achieve defined KPIs for the brands Mio Mio, Berentzen and Puschkin
  • Directly managing a team of 8–10 Area Sales Managers
  • Responsible for establishing the processes and structures of the field team in collaboration with the National Field Manager
  • Deploying resources at the POS based on potential to meet field-specific KPIs
  • Coaching and developing the entire team
  • Supporting the National Field Manager in managing the overall sales force
  • Managing smaller key accounts and multi-site operators (MBUs)
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other sales areas and across the company
  • Monitoring competitors and tracking sales and potential development within the sales territory
  • Attendance at trade shows as required

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Initial experience in a leadership role
  • Experience with CRM systems and modern IT tools
  • Good knowledge of the German retail landscape
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • High self-motivation and strong target- and results-orientation
