Compliance

• Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to Global R&D stakeholders, providing real-time, practical compliance guidance.
• Participate in key meetings to offer risk-based insights on clinical, scientific, and research activities.
• Deliver tailored compliance training and communications to ensure alignment with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory expectations.
• Provide compliance risk assessment, education, and oversight for Global R&D and Global Medical Affairs functions.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of Global R&D compliance policies and related SOPs.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging, role-based compliance training for R&D stakeholders.
• Conduct live and remote monitoring of R&D activities and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure interactions with HCPs, HCOs, study subjects, and patients comply with BeOne policies, SOPs, and industry standards.

• Oversee the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk Management teams
• Define and execute the roadmap for the Information Protection program
• Author policies for data security, classification, and retention
• Implement advanced data security techniques and database security measures
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance for Insider Risk programs

Clinical Research

• Accountable for global study delivery with appropriate, inspection readiness quality, within agreed timelines and budget
• Leads all aspects of assigned clinical study(ies)
• Leads global cross-functional study team and acts as point of escalation for resolution of issues within assigned study(ies)
• Ensures alignment of study goals with clinical operations and corporate goals and objectives
• Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization and provides regular updates on study progress to senior management as required
• Generates, manages, maintains, and communicates high quality study timelines and tracks progress towards these
• Ensures that the clinical studies are operationally feasible, oversees trial feasibility, trial allocation and site selection process across all regions
• Provides oversight to study start up and site activation plans
• Collaborates closely with Global Clinical Supplies to forecast study drug and timely delivery of supplies to sites
• Ensures planning and execution of the Clinical Study Report in collaboration with Medical Writing and relevant CST members
