About the role
- Lead the Information Protection management strategy and framework
- Oversee the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk Management teams
- Define and execute the roadmap for the Information Protection program
- Author policies for data security, classification, and retention
- Implement advanced data security techniques and database security measures
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compliance for Insider Risk programs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Information Security or Risk Management
- At least 4 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent and relevant experience and certifications
- Deep understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools (e.g. Microsoft Purview, Netskope, structured and unstructured data)
- Strong familiarity with global privacy laws and frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, CSL/MLPS/DSL/PIPL, EO14117)
