Drive operational excellence, governance, and strategic oversight across enterprise technology platforms
Lead ERP COE to identify and build standards, policies and processes for exceptional management
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and security protocols
Manage relationships with SAP vendors to drive value and efficiency
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure technology performance and service delivery
Lead and mentor a team of SAP and IT operations professionals

Requirements

Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in IT operations, SAP architecture, or enterprise technology management
At least 5 years in a leadership role
Deep expertise in SAP ERP (S/4HANA), ABAP Development, ERP Security and cloud integrations
Proven experience building and implementing ERP Strategies from business case to ROI
Experience designing or managing a GxP application compliance
Strong background in IT governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
