About the role
- Act as the primary point of contact for operations, category-related inquiries from stakeholders and suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships to enhance collaboration and drive value across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for value creation within designated categories.
- Provide strategic input into procurement practices, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee sourcing and management of strategic categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance value delivery.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to optimize terms and align with company policies.
- Monitor and analyze local category performance, identifying opportunities for savings and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and risk management practices related supplier initiatives.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in project management, ideally change management.
- Strong understanding of project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrates analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Proven capability to manage supplier relationships and achieve value creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
