About the role
- Play a central role in the legal support of the company
- Support the German affiliate and involve in cross-border, pan-European or international projects
- Report to the Legal Lead for Germany and be part of BeOne’s Europe, New Markets & JAPAC Legal Team
- Represent BeOne in legal disputes before national courts
- Manage and handle the communication with and engagement of external legal counsel
- Regularly provide legal trainings to colleagues and stakeholders
- Manage business trips within Germany and internationally (up to 15% of working time)
- Participate and represent BeOne in working groups of industry associations or in the dialog with public institutions
Requirements
- Proven expertise in one or more of the legal areas listed above and willingness to learn and gather expertise in the others
- +7 years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on feasibility
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct
- Strong social skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
