About the role

  • Participate in and transcribe detailed interviews in support of ER investigations
  • Conduct pre‑investigation research to help ER partners evaluate context and potential policy implications
  • Assist in drafting written documentation and summary reports related to ER investigations
  • Update and maintain accurate notes and case details in the Ethics Point case management system
  • Support ER data analysis and reporting to identify trends and insights across the organization

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in one of the following fields (or related majors): Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Pre‑Law/Law, Criminal Justice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
