About the role
- Responsible for facilitating continued access to sponsor medications for patients transitioning out of parent protocols through Patient Programs and PTS pathways
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with PTS processes
- Streamline operations and enhance patient access globally
- Support implementing new or revised Global Clinical Operations policies
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and external vendors
- Set up and maintain CyberGrants and manage budgets
- Ensure pharmacovigilance compliance by maintaining project documentation
- Manage program milestones and timelines
- Identify emerging risks and regulatory concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor or higher degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- At least 7 years’ relevant healthcare experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing senior manager level above persons
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
- Project management and/or project supporting experience across multi-region/country clinical trials in a global environment preferred.
