About the role

  • Responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory
  • Develop territory specific strategic account plans
  • Supports and advises the key account customers in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner
  • Building a BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the oncology market
  • Develop long lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory
  • Responsibility for regional sales, company reputation, access goals and qualitative performance parameters
  • Development, implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care
  • Organization and execution of local symposia and workshops with the key customers
  • Gathering insights and analyzing available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level
  • Participation and customer care in local, national and international meetings and symposia
  • Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct

Requirements

  • Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience
  • Specific knowledge in hematology-oncology
  • Experience as a commercial representative in the oncology market
  • Good knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs
  • Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions
  • Distinct knowledge in project management
  • Strong identification with BeOne's values
  • Willingness to learning and continuously developing (training and coaching)
  • Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment
  • Innovative, creative, out of the box thinking
  • Making things happen, has the right level of implementation skills
  • Marketing and commercial-oriented thinking and working style
  • Knowledge of distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs
  • Highly motivated, solution oriented and positive attitude
  • High social competence, flexibility and attitude towards teamwork
  • Negotiation skills
  • Success-, service-, and commercial oriented thinking and working
  • Willingness to travel
  • Valid driver's license
