About the role
- Promote BeOne’s Hematology products through calls on targeted physicians
- Train and educate physician support staff
- Assure healthcare professionals have realistic expectations
- Maintain communication with BeOne’s Market Access Team
- Identify customer changes and ensure appropriate resources are allocated
- Complete product knowledge coursework and LMS/Compliance Wire assignments
- Perform all administrative functions necessary for the position
- Assist in identifying and resolving issues
Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. required
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management
- Significant Hematology experience
- Self-starting, self-managing work style
- Customer service prioritized
- Results oriented with strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales
- Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- Familiarity with CRM software
