About the role
- Contribute to BeOne’s sales objective through assigned sales activities
- Provide healthcare professionals with products, services, and information
- Promote BeOne’s Hematology products through targeted physician calls
- Train and educate physician support staff on product use
- Maintain communication with BeOne’s Market Access Team
- Assure realistic expectations for healthcare professionals
- Perform all required administrative functions timely
Requirements
- B.A. / B.S. degree
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales & sales management
- Significant Hematology experience
- Self-starting, self-managing independent work style
- Customer service priority focus
- Results-oriented with a strategic focus on sales
- Experience in specialty sales
- Understanding of reimbursement, distribution, and managed care processes
- Familiarity with CRM software
