About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (stakeholder alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, offer).
- Focus on senior technology roles such as: SAP IS-U / Utilities / S/4HANA, Fullstack Developers (Mobile, Web and Backend), COTS Support Analysts and Corporate Systems.
- Perform active sourcing and market mapping on LinkedIn, GitHub and other platforms.
- Manage candidate pipeline and track performance metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rate, quality of shortlist).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Work autonomously and consultatively, maintaining regular alignment with coordination/management.
- Maintain weekly status and results reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in recruitment consultancies or dedicated in-house operations.
- Proven track record filling complex technical positions (development, SAP, cloud, support/maintenance, security).
- Proficiency with hunting tools and ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Kenoby, among others).
- Basic knowledge of technology stacks (languages, frameworks, cloud, SAP, DevOps).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when engaging with senior technical profiles.
- Ability to self-manage and meet monthly targets.
