• Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (stakeholder alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, offer).
• Focus on senior technology roles such as: SAP IS-U / Utilities / S/4HANA, Fullstack Developers (Mobile, Web and Backend), COTS Support Analysts and Corporate Systems.
• Perform active sourcing and market mapping on LinkedIn, GitHub and other platforms.
• Manage candidate pipeline and track performance metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rate, quality of shortlist).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Work autonomously and consultatively, maintaining regular alignment with coordination/management.
• Maintain weekly status and results reports.
