About the role
- Conduct collection calls to resolve outstanding balances
- Manage and update collection efforts for a high-volume portfolio of past due accounts
- Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Research and resolve customer discrepancies, deductions, and short payments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in Collections or a similar role
- Resolution-minded with effective negotiation skills
- Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
- Excellent time management, with a strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Power Automate
- Intermediate to advanced-level mastery of Excel
