  • Conduct collection calls to resolve outstanding balances
  • Manage and update collection efforts for a high-volume portfolio of past due accounts
  • Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate records of collection activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Collections or a similar role

  • Excellent time management, with a strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy
  • Proficient business software skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive) and Power Automate
  • Intermediate to advanced-level mastery of Excel
