About the role

  • Assist customers via phone, email, SisconWeb and other support-management tools to clarify questions about system usage;
  • Reproduce system incidents before forwarding them to the correction/development team;
  • Identify and resolve problems, documenting them clearly;
  • Ensure customers' prioritization requests are managed;
  • Communicate estimated delivery times for support and fixes (provide frequent feedback to the customer);
  • Monitor support requests from opening through closure (customer sign-off);
  • Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • Route implementation and improvement requests after triaging the demand;
  • Deploy and configure the Benner environment at client sites;
  • Record support hours;
  • Propose improvements to the support process.

Requirements

  • Experience in system support (advantageous);
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in Portuguese);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Dynamism, effectiveness and drive.
