About the role
- Assist customers by phone, email, and via SisconWeb and other support management tools to resolve questions about using the system
- Reproduce system incidents before forwarding them to the correction team
- Identify and resolve issues, documenting them clearly
- Ensure clients' prioritization requests are addressed
- Communicate delivery timelines for requests/fixes (provide frequent feedback to the client)
- Track support requests from opening to closure (including client sign-off)
- Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Route implementation and improvement requests after triaging the demand
- Deploy and configure the Benner environment for clients
- Record support hours
- Recommend improvements to the support process
Requirements
- Experience in system support (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficient in Portuguese)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Dynamism, effectiveness, and motivation
