About the role

  • Assist customers by phone, email, and via SisconWeb and other support management tools to resolve questions about using the system
  • Reproduce system incidents before forwarding them to the correction team
  • Identify and resolve issues, documenting them clearly
  • Ensure clients' prioritization requests are addressed
  • Communicate delivery timelines for requests/fixes (provide frequent feedback to the client)
  • Track support requests from opening to closure (including client sign-off)
  • Ensure compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Route implementation and improvement requests after triaging the demand
  • Deploy and configure the Benner environment for clients
  • Record support hours
  • Recommend improvements to the support process

Requirements

  • Experience in system support (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficient in Portuguese)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Dynamism, effectiveness, and motivation
